Common tech issues with HireVue - the on-demand video assessment - involve using Internet Explorer.  IE is not compatible, but most other browsers are.  Another common issue is microphones not connecting - try re-connecting the cable and also speaking during the connection/testing phase of the assessment set-up to have it picked up.
