In short, no.  While temp agencies offer only temporary work, Employment Networks such as NTI focus on the long-term needs of their clients. In NTI's case, because we have a very specific, nonprofit mission, we also concentrate on placing the candidates we serve into permanent, long-term jobs (part-time or full-time) with reputable corporations and government agencies.

Occasionally our clients will ask to post jobs that are seasonal, or for a specified time period. These opportunities can provide candidates with a chance to gain current work experience as good preparation for applying to a more permanent job.
